tis a dragon =3 a very blue dragon

i am practicing my colored pencil skills.... as you can see i am very rusty XD though i do like the colors on the computer more than the ones on paper O.o and.. yep. i drew this 2 weeks ago and yesterday i felt like outlining the sketch and coloring it (the coloring looks horrid.. i know XD but it was at night so i couldn't see as well). the tail is uneven because my fat cat bumped me DX same with the line on the right wing

Time taken: about an hour to sketch... and about an hour to outline and color.
